To request a refund on a duplicate pass, please email us at safseesupport@streamamg.com with the game pass/ subscription that was duplicated

We aim to refund any duplicate passes within 48 hours of being informed, if a payment is refunded on the same day then this payment is merely reversed to your bank account so may not appear as a "refund".
